Prevent Obesity and Diabetes with Fruits

Failure to maintain a healthy lifestyle can lead to diabetes and obesity. Both the entrance of various diseases. But with diligently eating fruits, some studies reveal that these two health problems are no longer a threat.

Although diabetes and obesity often haunt society in some countries, at least the disease can be resisted by some kind of fruit, like peaches, nectarines, and plums. According to research conducted at Texas AgriLife Research recently, the three fruits contain bioactive components that can fight diabetes and heart disease.

From research results show that compounds in these fruits can be a weapon against metabolic syndrome. A syndrome that causes metabolic health problems are more serious. In addition, phenolic compounds contained in the three pieces can also reduce LDL levels are usually associated with cardiovascular disease.

Other research also mentioned that the three pieces has four phenolic substances that work actively in the fight against four diseases such as obesity, inflammation, diabetes, and heart disease. Keep in mind, from the statistical data showed that about 30 percent of residents in the U.S. population, have increased the severity of diabetes and obesity each year in an alarming number.

As recognized by Prof. Cisneros Zevallos from Texas A & M University, unhealthy lifestyle, and genetic predisposition of the families who have obesity, is the largest contributor of these two diseases.

So let's fix dietary and lifestyle for the better and healthier. Do not forget to always have breakfast, eat vegetables and fruits in sufficient quantities.
