Both men and women, would not want to look older even though age increases. In addition to maintaining physical fitness through exercise, there are kinds of fruit that helps you to look younger.

1. Berry fruit
Kinds of berry fruit known as a source of antioxidants and vitamin C in abundance. The fruit is able to provide blood flow and minerals are required to maintain and protect the body against aging and free radicals.

2. Avocado
Fruit with an alkalising effect and abundance of vitamin E is able to prevent the aging of the skin. Avocados also provides otassium, which can prevent high blood pressure and aid in fluid retention in the body.

3. watermelon:
In addition to having effect alkalising, watermelon also contains selenium, vitamin A, B, C, and vitamin E. There are also essential fatty acids and zinc that provide essential fluids for the body. Moreover, choose food that have strong alkalising effects, if you want to boost your diet.
