Some foods are often touted as an alternative treatment of certain diseases, including migraine headache. Nutrient content in it is believed to have important benefits for health. Such as magnesium for migraines.

Some foods can be natural migraine relief. You can eat following foods while undergoing treatment of migraine.

1. Eggs
the type of foods that contain omega-3 may reduce inflammation are suspected as the cause of migraine. You can find in eggs enriched with omega-3 content, because it was believed to fight migrain headache.

2. Salmon
Salmon is often mentioned as fish with the largest content of omega-3. And worth knowing, salmon is also entered into a series of foods that have potential to prevent migraines.

No one deserves to be sitting in a closet in the dark suffering from a migraine headache. I had no idea food could play a role - hopefully this info helps out some migraine sufferers!!!
