Every day our body, without exception, needs about 45 kinds of nutrients. And it just might be fulfilled when the menu options and diet consists of various types of menus.

The habit of eating only one menu every day makes us vulnerable to malnutrition. The Americans for example. They look big and fat, but most lack a number of nutrients when the blood tested.

Many Americans are deficient in vitamin A, C, and calcium due to the daily menu classified as junk food and fast food.

It is like car engines, our bodies engine need complete nutrients in order to rotate perfectly. Do not let the lack of several nutrients in the daily menu, a lack of nutrients alone is a problem.

If the enlarged prostate may need more minerals zinc; Selenium to heart; chlorophyll for the less source of fresh vegetables and fruits; and enzymes for those who lose source of enzymes in their menu, especially for the elderly.
