Fish is known as a healthy food due to nutritional content and free of bad fats. Fish rich in omega-3 fatty acids, namely EPA (Eikosa Pentaenoat Acid) and DHA (Docosa Hexaenoic Acid). Therefore, The American Heart Association recommends eating two servings of fish each week. In fact, adults who regularly eat fish will have good bone density compared with those who rarely ate fish.


Fish is the highest source of animal protein. Fish species of salmon and tuna contain omega-3 fatty acids are essential for the growth process and protects the developing brain.
Omega-3 fatty acids also lower the risk of dementia and mental decline. Eat lots of fish since childhood reduce the risk of dementia in old age.

Fish also make a healthy heart, and shrink the waist. Omega-3 fatty acids contained in fish can increase insulin sensitivity which helps build muscle and reduce fat abdomen.

Fish oil can be a panacea for acne. The way, wash face with acne cleanser, wash and dry. Dip a finger in the fish oil and dab. Leave overnight.
