Spinning is an intense aerobic exercise using a stationary bike indoors accompanied by music and words of motivation from the instructor. During the last class, done in a variety of bicycle pedaling. Sometimes pedaling as fast as you can. At other times, you have to pedal uphill with standing posture. This helps you focus in and make the body and mind exercising.

Sports that are offered at many gyms is a simulation of cycling outdoors, complete with a sprint and hill climb events. Cycling in this way you do not have to worry about the cold, hot, polluted, or collided with another biker.

Advantage
- Burn more calories so that the most suitable carried out by people who want to lose weight.

Disadvantage
- No train all leg muscles by the same. Without other exercise, you may develop muscle imbalances that can cause injury.
- People who are crazy sport should be wary of the use of excessive spinning of the knee muscles, hips and lower back.
- It often happens that gym participants do not adjust the exercise with the ability and fitness levels. They carried away and paddling out ability, in order to synch with the class.
- Maybe this exercise less challenging for the sports enthusiast who loves the challenge of cycling in hill climbs.

Tips Cycling in Room

- Riding a bike with no seat properly can cause injury. Adjust the saddle height. Adjust handrails, so that one level with the saddle. When you bend forward and put hands on the handle, there should be a little bend at the elbow.
- Use a shoe with a stiff soles. Running shoes and soft-soled aerobic shoes will make the legs so numb at the end of the exercise.
- Bicycles for spinning are usually equipped with a place to put bottles of drink. Do not forget to bring a bottle of water when entering the exercise room, to replace sweat during exercise.
