Brain is very important for our lives. Brain regulate the most activities of the body. To maintain the brain's ability to remain good, there are a few tips you can try to do.
Sunlight is very good for improving cognitive function of someone to avoid weakening the brain. Frequently out of the room and get sunlight to sharpen the ability of the brain, especially in the morning.

Eating foods that contain iron. Iron is essential for producing red blood cells (hemoglobin). Hemoglobin has a functions to transport oxygen in the blood so the brain gets enough oxygen supply. With enough oxygen intake, a person will grow into a healthy person, smart and strong. The body needs iron. But the excess iron can be toxic to trigger dizziness and headaches. So, consumes iron according to your body's needs.

Add the fish in the daily diet because it can prevent senility. Fish are capable of protecting the brain because they contain omega 3 fatty acids which are found in fish oils such as salmon, tuna or mackerel.

Eating fish, and also cereals and beans are not only keeps the body healthy but also to prevent stupidity. Number of brain cells are damaged will make the lower the person's brain capacity and intelligence. But with the consumption of those foods will prevent damage to brain cells.

Drink blueberry juice because it can increase the ability of the brain. Blueberries contain anthocyanin chemical compounds that can accelerate the delivery of messages to the brain and inhibits the cells from damage due to increasing age.
