Most delicious food is unhealthy foods, such as the junk food. This kind of food is synonymous with high-fat, sweets and little nutrition is now known of one of the causes of stress and depression. There is a close relationship between the types of food with symptoms of depression. People who frequently eat processed foods or junk foods tend to have symptoms of stress and depression than people who ate natural foods.
