Is Cancer Can Be Prevented? Yes, It could, says the Experts

Researchers said, there are three steps that can dramatically alter the effect on cancer development:
1.Eat foods that are plant and natural-based
2.Keep a healthy weight
3.Regular exercise

Their recommendations include:
- Weight Loss: watch Body Mass Index (BMI) between 21 and 23 and avoid weight gain in adulthood.
Although BMI over 24.9 is considered normal, the lowest of the normal rate is better for cancer prevention.
- Sport's activity : brisk walking or its equivalent - for at least 30 minutes a day.
Ideally, though, people are encouraged to do more than 60 minutes of exercise every day or being 30 minutes of exercise harder. The report also recommends reducing the settlement activities such as watching TV.
- Diet and Eat healthily. This means a diet consisting of mostly based food plants such as fruits, vegetables and seeds. The experts recommend as much as possible avoid processed foods with sugar and fast foods and limiting consumption of meat is not more than 18 ounces a week. Salt consumption should also be limited to no more than 2.4 grams of salt every day. And, the report also recommends limiting consumption of alcohol drink only once a day for women and two drinks for men
- Supplements: Do not lean on it. Good that can prevent cancer from nutrients derived from foods, not from supplements. I recommends not using supplements.
