4 large tomatoes, cut into chunks
2 green peppers, cut into rings
1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
1 large red onion, cut into rings
0.5 lb. feta cheese, sliced and crumbled
0.5 cup light Greek salad dressing
black pepper and Dried oregano to taste

How to make salad
Place the cut tomatoes in a salad bowl with the green pepper, onion, cucumber, and half of the crumbled feta cheese. Mix in the light greek salad dressing and some black pepper to taste. On top arrange the rest of the feta in neat slices and sprinkle with the oregano and a bit more dressing. Serves six.
