Curried chicken with rice

1.5 cups water
1 cup chicken broth
0.25 cup dark, seedless raisins
1 cup canned crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. curry powder
0.5 tsp. cumin
1.25 cups uncooked rice
12 oz chicken breasts, boneless, skinless, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
2 cups broccoli florets
4 tb. non-fat plain yogurt

In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients except for chicken, broccoli, and nonfat yogurt. Bring to boil, reduce to a simmer (turn stove to medium or medium-low), and cook covered cook for 8 minutes or until liquid is almost evaporated. Add chicken breats and broccoli florets and cook an additional 5 minutes or until chicken is done and rice is tender. It might be necessary to add more water. Serve with non fat yogurt spooned over the top of each portion. Serves four.
