Berry Crepes

Begining your day with a healthy food. Here a recipe for your healthy breakfast and your family too (serves four)

Total fat : 4 gr
Saturated fat : 1.6 gr
Dietary fiber : 5 gr

Ingredients:
whole grain flour = 2 cups
1 egg, beaten
low fat milk = 2,5 cups
nonstick vegetable spray
0.5 cup blueberry
0.5 cup sliced strawberry
0.5 cup raspberry

How to make?
place flour in a bowl and egg plus 2 cups of milk. beat with a wire whisk until all lumps are gone and the mixture is completely smooth. Gradually add the remaining 0.5 cup of milk to make a thin batter. Use nonstick cooking spray on hot skillet (medium high temp), and pour enough batter in the pan just to make large circle. Sprinkle desired amount of fruit on top and press down into the crepe. Cook for approx. 2-3 more minutes and then flip the crepe and cook the other side. Carefully lift onto a plate and roll it up.
